Được sự “tiếp sức” của một số cán bộ UBND TP Biên Hòa và Sở TN&MT, các bị can đã “hô biến” đất công thành đất sở hữu cá nhân, rồi lập dự án khu dân cư.
Ngày 4/3, Cơ quan Cảnh sát điều tra Công an tỉnh Đồng Nai đã khởi tố bị can, thi hành lệnh bắt tạm giam đối với Trương Quốc Tuấn, nguyên Tổng Giám đốc Công ty Cổ phần kinh doanh nhà Phước Thái để điều tra về hành vi vi phạm quy định về bồi thường, hỗ trợ, tái định cư khi nhà nước thu hồi đất tại Dự án Khu dân cư thương mại Phước Thái, TP Biên Hòa.
Cùng ngày, Cơ quan Cảnh sát điều tra Công an Đồng Nai cũng đã thi hành lệnh bắt bị can để tạm giam và lệnh khám xét nơi ở, nơi làm việc đối với bị can Nguyễn Hữu Thành, là người bị thu hồi đất tại Dự án Khu dân cư thương mại Phước Thái.

Theo kết quả điều tra ban đầu, năm 2014, Trương Quốc Tuấn thành lập Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư và Kinh doanh nhà Phước Thái và làm Tổng Giám đốc kiêm người đại diện theo pháp luật.
Sau đó, Tuấn đã móc nối, thông đồng với một số cán bộ xã Tam Phước (nay là phường Tam Phước), Sở TN&MT tỉnh Đồng Nai, Trung tâm Phát triển quỹ đất tỉnh Đồng Nai Chi nhánh TP Biên Hoà để làm các thủ tục hợp thức hóa nguồn gốc khu đất từ đất công trở thành đất tư của bị can Nguyễn Hữu Thành để thực hiện Dự án Khu dân cư thương mại Phước Thái. Từ đây, dẫn đến việc xác định sai đối tượng bồi thường giải phóng mặt bằng, gây thiệt hại cho nhà nước.

Hiện, vụ án đang được Cơ quan Cảnh sát điều tra Công an tỉnh Đồng Nai đang tiếp tục điều tra làm rõ.
