Ban quản lý Đầu tư – Xây dựng Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm vừa cho biết đến tháng 9 này, đơn vị không chi bổ sung và không thu hồi mặt bằng; đã chi bồi thường hỗ trợ được 14.353/14.357 hồ sơ, đạt tỷ lệ 99,97%.

Ban quản lý Đầu tư – Xây dựng Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm vừa có văn bản số 559/BC-BQL-KHTH ngày 13.9 thông báo kết quả thực hiện nhiệm vụ 9 tháng đầu năm và các nhiệm vụ, giải pháp trọng tâm 3 tháng cuối năm 2021.

Đơn vị này cho biết, trong 9 tháng đầu năm không chi bổ sung và không thu hồi mặt bằng. Lũy kế đến nay, đã chi bồi thường hỗ trợ được 14.353/14.357 hồ sơ, đạt tỷ lệ 99,97% với diện tích 715,97/719,92 ha, đạt tỷ lệ 99,45%.

Đã thu hồi mặt bằng được 14.278/14.357 hồ sơ (đạt tỷ lệ 99,45%) với diện tích 713,63/719,92 ha (đạt tỷ lệ 99,12%). Còn 78 hồ sơ chưa thu hồi mặt bằng với diện tích khoảng 6,56 ha (bao gồm 75 hồ sơ nhà đất; 03 hồ sơ cơ sở tôn giáo).

Lũy kế đến tháng 9, UBND TP.Thủ Đức đã bố trí tái định cư 3.448 căn hộ và 1.086 nền đất.

Về công tác quản lý đất đai, môi trường, Ban quản lý Đầu tư – Xây dựng Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm cho biết đã phối hợp với Ban Bồi thường giải phóng mặt bằng TP.Thủ Đức, UBND P.An Khánh kiểm tra chiết tính giá trị bồi thường và tái định cư cho các hộ dân thuộc khu đất diện tích 43.957,6m2, Khu phố 1, P.An Khánh, TP.Thủ Đức.

Giải quyết quỹ nhà còn lại thuộc chương trình 12.500 căn hộ tái định cư

Ban quản lý Đầu tư – Xây dựng Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm cho hay đang tiếp tục thực hiện chỉ đạo của UBND TP.HCM về giải quyết quỹ nhà còn lại thuộc chương trình xây dựng 12.500 căn hộ tái định cư trong Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm.

Đơn vị này phối hợp với UBND P.Thủ Thiêm kiểm tra việc tháo dỡ, di dời trạm trộn bê tông ra khỏi lô đất 5-1 và bàn giao mặt bằng cho Ban Quản lý Khu Thủ Thiêm. Phối hợp với Sở TN-MT báo cáo UBND TP.HCM điều chỉnh một số nội dung liên quan đến Quyết định giao đất để thực hiện dự án Khu phức hợp Tháp Quan sát trong Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm.

Phối hợp các sở ngành và đơn vị liên quan có ý kiến về việc chấm dứt hoạt động, giải thể Tổ công tác thực hiện đầu tư xây dựng 12.500 căn hộ phục vụ tái định cư trong Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm. Cho ý kiến về tổng mức đầu tư điều chỉnh và chọn kiểm toán độc lập cho dự án cầu Thủ Thiêm 2. Ban quản lý Đầu tư – Xây dựng Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm cho biết cũng đã phối hợp với Ban Quản lý Đường sắt đô thị TP.HCM cung cấp thông tin về phương án tuyến và vị trí nhà ga S2E (tuyến metro số 2) liên quan đến dự án Khu phức hợp thông minh (Khu chức năng số 2a) của Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm.
