Diễn biến nóng vụ CEO Alibaba lừa đảo hàng ngàn tỉ đồng

Quá trình điều tra bổ sung, Công an TP HCM xác định các bị can trong vụ án CEO Alibaba lừa đảo đã mua bán một số bất động sản và người chuyển nhượng có dấu hiệu trốn thuế.

Ngày 25-1, Công an TP HCM cho biết đã hoàn tất kết luận điều tra bổ sung và chuyển hồ sơ sang VKSND cùng cấp đề nghị truy tố bị can Nguyễn Thái Luyện (chủ tịch HĐQT Công ty Alibaba), Nguyễn Thái Lĩnh (tổng giám đốc Công ty Alibaba, em ruột Luyện) và 18 bị can khác tội “Lừa đảo chiếm đoạt tài sản”.

Liên quan đến vụ án, bị can Võ Thị Thanh Mai (giám đốc Công ty CP Alibaba Law Firm, vợ Nguyễn Thái Luyện), Nguyễn Thái Lực (giám đốc Công ty TNHH đầu tư và thương mại Địa Ốc Xanh, em ruột Luyện) bị đề nghị truy tố về 2 tội “Lừa đảo chiếm đoạt tài sản” và “Rửa tiền”. Bị can Huỳnh Thị Kim Thắng (kế toán trưởng Công ty Alibaba) bị đề nghị truy tố tội “Rửa tiền”.

Công an TP HCM đọc lệnh bắt Nguyễn Thái Luyện

Tất cả 23 bị can này đã cùng nhau thành lập các công ty bất động sản, lập ra 58 “dự án ma”, sau đó quảng cáo bán đất nền ở 3 tỉnh Bình Thuận, Đồng Nai và Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu nhằm lừa bán cho 4.361 người để chiếm đoạt là 2.264 tỉ đồng.

Hồ sơ vụ án thể hiện, các bị can đã thành lập 22 pháp nhân, “vẽ” ra 58 dự án bất động sản không có thật tại các tỉnh Đồng Nai, Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu và Bình Thuận, tự phân lô, tách thửa trái pháp luật để bán cho hàng ngàn khách hàng. Nguyễn Thái Luyện hứa với khách sẽ mua lại nền đất giá cao, sinh lời 30% sau 12 tháng, 38% sau 15 tháng, nếu không muốn bán thì cho thuê lại để hưởng lời 2%/tháng. Tuy nhiên, đây chỉ là lời hứa, khi vụ án xảy ra các bị hại đã cùng nhau đến Công an TP HCM tố cáo.

Sau khi khởi tố vụ án, Cơ quan CSĐT Công an TP HCM thu giữ 257 miếng kim loại màu vàng. Khối lượng, hàm lượng vàng của số kim loại này đã được giám định theo giấy kết quả thử nghiệm của Công ty TNHH MTV giám định PNJ. 257 miếng vàng này được Hội đồng định giá tài sản thường xuyên trong tố tụng hình sự cấp thành phố kết luận có giá trị 743 triệu đồng.

Công an thu giữ nhiều tài liệu tại Công ty Alibaba

Ngoài ra, liên quan vụ án này còn có 20 thỏi kim loại màu vàng, trọng lượng 7,3 kg, kết quả giám định toàn bộ số hợp kim này không phải là vàng. Tháng 3-2020, Công an TP HCM thu giữ 15 miếng vàng khi thi hành lệnh khám xét đối với Võ Thị Thanh Mai. 15 miếng vàng này trị giá 359 triệu đồng.

Đáng chú ý, Công an TP HCM xác định các bị can trong vụ án đã nhận chuyển nhượng một số bất động sản tại TP HCM có dấu hiệu trốn thuế thu nhập cá nhân của các chủ nhà, đất. Do vụ án còn nhiều vấn đề liên quan đến hành vi trốn thuế tuy nhiên các cá nhân chuyển nhượng không còn sinh sống nơi cư trú nên Công an TP HCM tách vụ án ra điều tra riêng.

Đối với dấu hiệu sai phạm trong công tác quản lý, sử dụng đất đai tại các địa phương gồm tỉnh Đồng Nai, tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu và tỉnh Bình Thuận sau khi thống nhất với liên ngành TP HCM, Cơ quan CSĐT Công an TP HCM đã chuyển hồ sơ phần nội dung liên quan cho Cơ quan CSĐT Công an các tỉnh nêu trên để điều tra, xử lý theo quy định.


Tại Bình Thuận, Alibaba đăng rầm rộ trên mạng xã hội để bán đất nền dự án “Thắng Hải Newtimes City” tại huyện Hàm Tân, gọi đây là một “đất nước Singapore thu nhỏ tại Bình Thuận”, kèm thông tin dự án 35 ha đã được phân ra hơn 1.800 nền, giá bán 1,9 triệu đồng/m2. Tuy nhiên, Công an tỉnh Bình Thuận cho biết khu đất này trồng keo lá tràm, đang khai thác, chưa có tác động gì đến việc san lấp mặt bằng, do Nguyễn Thái Lĩnh nhận chuyển nhượng của 3 hộ dân.
