Ngày 15.11, UBND tỉnh Đồng Nai cùng các sở ban ngành, địa phương tổ chức cuộc họp rà soát lại các dự án đầu tư, cần thu hồi đất trong 2022 để trình HĐND, báo cáo tại kỳ họp sắp tới.

Theo báo cáo của Sở TN-MT, danh mục thu hồi đất năm 2022 tổng cộng có 349 dự án với tổng diện tích 5.356 ha, trong đó cần thu hồi khoảng 4.146 ha. Các dự án này là chủ yếu là công trình trường học, trụ sở cơ quan nhà nước, công trình điện, đường giao thông…
Dự án có diện tích thu hồi lớn nhất (30,59ha) là dự án đường trục trung tâm TP.Biên Hòa đoạn từ đường Võ Thị Sáu đến đường Đặng Văn Trơn (còn gọi là cầu Thống Nhất và đường kết nối hai đầu cầu) thuộc P.Thống Nhất và P.Hiệp Hòa của TP.Biên Hòa.
Dự án đường trục trung tâm TP.Biên Hòa dự án trọng điểm của tỉnh Đồng Nai, từ Quảng trường tỉnh Đồng Nai qua cù lao Hiệp Hòa (cù lao Phố) đến đường Đặng Văn Trơn để kết nối với ngã ba Vũng Tàu.
Dự án gồm chia làm 2 đoạn, đoạn 1 từ Quảng trường tỉnh Đồng Nai đến đường Võ Thị Sáu; đoạn 2 thì đường Võ Thị Sáu đến đường Đặng Văn Trơn. Dự kiến đoạn 2 khởi công vào đầu 2022. Hiện Đồng Nai đang tiến hành các thủ tục để thu hồi đất, giải phóng mặt bằng.
