Lâm Đồng dừng tách thửa phân lô biến tướng dự án bất động sản ‘chui’

UBND tỉnh Lâm Đồng chỉ đạo tạm dừng tiếp nhận, giải quyết các thủ tục liên quan đến việc phân lô, tách thửa, xây dựng nhà ở riêng lẻ tại nông thôn đối với những trường hợp có dấu hiệu biến tướng để đầu tư dự án bất động sản trái quy định.

UBND tỉnh Lâm Đồng vừa có văn bản chỉ đạo các ban, ngành chức năng tạm dừng tiếp nhận, xem xét, giải quyết các thủ tục liên quan đến việc phân lô, tách thửa đất, xây dựng nhà ở riêng lẻ tại nông thôn trên địa bàn toàn tỉnh.

Nguyên nhân, thời gian qua có nhiều trường hợp hiến đất làm đường giao thông mới, tách thửa đất, xây dựng nhà ở riêng lẻ tại nông thôn, nhưng thực chất hình thành các khu, điểm dân cư mới và giới thiệu, quảng cáo, giao dịch tương tự các dự án bất động sản làm ảnh hưởng đến công tác quản lý đất đai, trật tự xây dựng trên địa bàn tỉnh.

Đó là các trường hợp tách thửa đất thành nhiều thửa để chuyển nhượng, xây dựng nhà ở hình thành các khu, điểm dân cư mới tại nông thôn.

Thời gian tạm dừng tiếp nhận, giải quyết các thủ tục liên quan đến tách thửa đất sẽ kéo dài đến ngày 1/3/2022, khi Nghị định số 02/2022/NĐ-CP ngày 6/1/2022 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết thi hành một số điều của Luật Kinh doanh bất động sản có hiệu lực.
