Những dự án lớn nào sẽ khởi công ngay đầu năm 2022?
Dự kiến sẽ có 38 dự án giao thông được khởi công xây dựng trong năm 2022, trong đó có 3 dự án đang được hoàn tất thủ tục để khởi công ngay trong quý 1/2022.
Cục Quản lý Xây dựng và Chất lượng công trình giao thông (Bộ GTVT) cho biết, năm 2022 dự kiến sẽ có 38 dự án giao thông được khởi công; riêng quý 1/2022 dự kiến khởi công 4 dự án, trong đó, tính đến hết tháng 1.2022, dự án tuyến nối QL91 và tuyến tránh TP. Long Xuyên đã được khởi công.

Ba dự án còn lại sẽ được khởi công trong quý 1 gồm: đường Vành đai 3 TP.HCM đoạn Tân Vạn – Nhơn Trạch; nâng cấp, mở rộng QL9 đoạn từ cảng Cửa Việt đến QL1, tỉnh Quảng Trị và Hạng mục bổ sung xây dựng cầu vượt nút giao với QL39 thuộc dự án đầu tư xây dựng cầu Hưng Hà và đường dẫn hai đầu cầu.
Theo đó, dự án đường Vành đai 3 TP.HCM đoạn Tân Vạn – Nhơn Trạch (giai đoạn 1) dài 8,75 km gồm 6,3 km qua địa bàn Đồng Nai và 2,45 km đi qua địa bàn TP.HCM. Điểm đầu dự án giao đường tỉnh 25B (H.Nhơn Trạch, Đồng Nai) và điểm cuối giao cắt với đường cao tốc TP.HCM – Long Thành – Dầu Giây thuộc địa bàn TP.Thủ Đức.
Dự án được xây dựng với quy mô đường cấp 3 đồng bằng, với tốc độ thiết kế 80 km/giờ, và tổng mức đầu tư hơn 5.300 tỉ đồng, gồm: nguồn vốn vay ODA của Chính phủ Hàn Quốc thông qua Quỹ hợp tác phát triển kinh tế Hàn Quốc – EDCF, và vốn đối ứng của Chính phủ Việt Nam.
Dự án nâng cấp, mở rộng QL9 đoạn từ cảng Cửa Việt đến QL1, tỉnh Quảng Trị dài 13,8 km, quy mô đường cấp 2 đồng bằng, 4 làn xe, với chiều rộng nền đường là 28 m. Dự án có mức đầu tư hơn 440 tỉ đồng, sử dụng vốn dư của dự án Quản lý tài sản đường bộ Việt Nam, và vay vốn của Ngân hàng thế giới.
Hạng mục bổ sung xây dựng cầu vượt nút giao với QL39 thuộc dự án đầu tư xây dựng cầu Hưng Hà được thiết kế với chiều dài hơn 222 m với bề rộng 22,5 m quy mô gồm 4 làn xe cơ giới, hai làn xe hỗn hợp, có dải phân cách giữa.
Tổng mức đầu tư công trình dự kiến hơn 350 tỉ đồng, gồm vốn ODA khoảng hơn 311 tỉ đồng, vốn đối ứng là hơn 38 tỉ đồng.
