Sân bay Long Thành: Giao thêm gần 200 ha cho Cảng vụ hàng không miền Nam
Thêm gần 200 ha đất dự án sân bay Long Thành đã được UBND tỉnh Đồng Nai ký quyết định giao cho Cảng vụ hàng không miền Nam.
UBND tỉnh Đồng Nai vừa ký quyết định giao đất đợt 2 dự án sân bay Long Thành cho Cảng vụ hàng không miền Nam, thực hiện chức năng quản lý theo thẩm quyền.

Theo đó, trong đợt 2 này Đồng Nai giao cho Cảng vụ Hàng không miền Nam diện tích đất 195 ha, thuộc xã Bình Sơn (H.Long Thành). UBND tỉnh Đồng Nai giao Sở Tài nguyên Môi trường xác định cụ thể mốc giới và giao đất trên thực địa.
Trước đó, vào tháng 10.2020, Đồng Nai đã giao đất đợt 1 cho Cảng vụ Hàng không miền Nam với diện tích đất hơn 1.280ha.

Đầu tháng 1.2021, chủ đầu tư đã khởi công giai đoạn 1 gồm các hoạt động: rà phá bom mình, san lắp mặt bằng và xây dựng hàng rào bao quanh dự án. Dự kiến vào tháng 2.2022 sẽ khởi công nhà ga hành khác.
Dự án sân bay Long Thành có diện tích 5.000 ha, gần 5.000 hộ dân với khoảng 17.000 nhân khẩu nằm trong vùng dự án phải di dời, bố trí tái định cư.
