Tại Hội nghị triển khai nhiệm vụ phát triển kinh tế – xã hội tháng 3/2022 của UBND Tp. Hồ Chí Minh, ông Lê Duy Minh, Cục trưởng Cục Thuế Tp.Hồ Chí Minh, cho biết cơ quan thuế đang chịu áp lực trong việc xem xét khả năng tài chính của các doanh nghiệp tham gia đấu giá đất Thủ Thiêm.

Hai doanh nghiệp trúng đấu giá hai lô đất có giá trị lớn nhất tại buổi đấu giá (Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Bất động sản Ngôi Sao Việt, thuộc Tập đoàn Tân Hoàng Minh và Công ty TNHH Đầu tư và Kinh doanh thương mại Bình Minh) đã xin điều chỉnh kết quả.

Đối với hai lô đất còn lại với giá trị gần 8.000 tỷ đồng, các doanh nghiệp là Công ty cổ phần Dream Republic và Công ty cổ phần Sheen Mega vẫn chưa nộp thêm tiền theo quy định.

Hiện đơn vị này đang áp dụng các giải pháp để xử lý, tuy nhiên UBND thành phố cần có buổi gặp gỡ, đối thoại với các doanh nghiệp trúng thầu, để đảm bảo việc thực thi kết quả đấu giá. Đồng thời, từ cuộc đối thoại này có những thông tin để Cục Thuế có thể trả lời thêm với các cơ quan báo chí đang theo dõi tiến độ của vụ việc bán đấu giá này.

Trước mắt, trong vòng 90 ngày, Cục Thuế Thành phố sẽ  có thư nhắc nhở các doanh nghiệp không thực hiện nghĩa vụ thuế sau khi trúng đấu giá. Còn trên 90 ngày sẽ có biện pháp cưỡng chế; trong đó, biện pháp cao nhất là đề nghị không thực hiện dự án, thu hồi dự án.

Trước đó, ngày 10/12/2021, Trung tâm Dịch vụ bán đấu giá tài sản thuộc Sở Tư pháp Tp.Hồ Chí Minh đã tổ chức bán đấu giá 4 lô đất thuộc khu chức năng số 3 tại Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm, Tp.Thủ Đức. Tuy nhiên, sau đó Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Bất động sản Ngôi Sao Việt và Công ty TNHH Đầu tư và Kinh doanh thương mại Bình Minh lần lượt xin “bỏ cọc”.

Hiện 2 doanh nghiệp còn lại là Công ty cổ phần Dream Republic và Công ty cổ phần Sheen Mega vẫn chưa nộp tiền sử dụng đất, dù đã nhận thông báo nộp tiền trúng thầu kể từ ngày 6/1/2021 của Cục Thuế Tp.Hồ Chí Minh.

Trong đó, Công ty cổ phần Dream Republic mua lô đất 3-5 diện tích 6.446 m2 với giá trúng thầu là 3.820 tỷ đồng; Công ty cổ phần Sheen Mega mua lô đất 3-8 với diện tích 8.568 m2 với giá 4.000 tỷ đồng.
