Trong ngày 17/12, công ty con của Tập đoàn Tân Hoàng Minh đã ký hợp đồng mua tài sản lô đất 3-12 thuộc khu chức năng số 3, Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm.

Chia sẻ với chúng tôi, đại diện Tập đoàn Tân Hoàng Minh cho biết hợp đồng được ký kết 3 bên gồm TNHH Đầu tư Bất động sản Ngôi Sao Việt, Trung tâm Phát triển quỹ đất TP.HCM (đại diện sở hữu các lô đất) và Trung tâm Dịch vụ đấu giá tài sản TP.HCM.

Như vậy, trong hạn 5 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày trúng đấu giá (ngày 10-12 là thứ sáu, 2 ngày tiếp theo rơi vào thứ bảy và chủ nhật không tính vào ngày làm việc) doanh nghiệp trúng đấu giá đã ký hợp đồng mua bán tài sản đấu giá theo đúng quy chế.

Theo đó, lô đất với ký hiệu 3-12 có diện tích 10.059,7 m2 thuộc khu chức năng số 3, trong Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm, phường Thủ Thiêm, TP Thủ Đức, TP.HCM.

Mục đích sử dụng đất là đất ở tại đô thị, khu nhà ở chung cư hỗn hợp kết hợp chức năng thương mại – dịch vụ. Hình thức sử dụng đất là Nhà nước giao đất có thu tiền sử dụng đất.

Thời hạn sử dụng đất là 50 năm tính từ thời điểm có hiệu lực của Quyết định công nhận kết quả trúng đấu giá quyền sử dụng đất người mua nhà ở gắn liền với quyền sử dụng đất được sử dụng đất ổn định lâu dài.

Giá khởi điểm đấu giá của lô đất 3-12 là 2.942,2 tỷ đồng. Như vậy, lô đất đã được bán đấu giá thành công với mức giá cao gấp 8,3 lần so với giá khởi điểm.

Phương thức thanh toán tiền mua tài sản trúng đấu giá được chia làm 2 đợt. Đợt 1, trong thời hạn 30 ngày kể từ khi ngày cơ quan thuế ký thông báo, doanh nghiệp có trách nhiệm nộp 50% số tiền mua tài sản cho ngân sách Nhà nước. Đợt 2 là trong vòng 60 ngày tiếp theo, công ty phải nộp 50% số tiền mua tài sản còn lại.

Theo hợp đồng, việc cấp giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất được thực hiện tối đa trong vòng 5 ngày kể từ khi có Quyết định phê duyệt kết quả trúng đấu giá của UBND TP.HCM.
