Tàu Cát Linh – Hà Đông chạy thương mại ngay từ 6.11: Chở tối đa 1,2 triệu người/ngày

6 giờ 30 sáng 6.11, dự án đường sắt đô thị Cát Linh – Hà Đông sẽ chính thức được UBND TP.Hà Nội vận hành khai thác.

Chiều nay, 4.11, Bộ GTVT và UBND TP.Hà Nội đã họp báo cung cấp thông tin bàn giao, khai thác vận hành giai đoạn đầu tuyến đường sắt đô thị Cát Linh – Hà Đông.


Dự án Cát Linh – Hà Đông sẽ được khai thác thương mại ngay từ 6.11. Đậu Tiến Đạt

Ông Vũ Hồng Phương, Giám đốc Ban quản lý dự án, cho biết dự án Cát Linh – Hà Đông là một trong 8 tuyến đường sắt đô thị của Hà Nội. Trên tuyến có 12 nhà ga trên cao và khu depot ở Phú Lương (Q.Hà Đông).

Tốc độ khai thác 35 km/giờ, thời gian chạy từ Hà Đông đến Cát Linh là 23 phút; tần suất 6 phút/chuyến; sức chở 964 người/đoàn tàu. Lưu lượng tối đa là 1,2 triệu người/ngày.

Cũng theo ông Phương, chứng nhận an toàn của đoàn tàu đã được Cục Đăng Kiểm Việt Nam cấp. Về nhân viên đường sắt, tuyến Cát Linh – Hà Đông có 621 nhân sự được đào tạo vận hành dự án. Theo yêu cầu thực tế của đơn vị đánh giá an toàn, đơn vị vận hành đã bổ sung 52 người, đến nay đã đáp ứng đúng, đủ số lượng nhân viên chạy tàu. Trong đó, có 41 nhân sự lái tàu được đào tạo tại Trung Quốc, 16 nhân sự lái tàu được đào tạo trong nước.

“Việc đưa dự án vào vận hành có ý nghĩa thay đổi thói quen của người dân trong việc sử dụng phương tiện công cộng”, ông Phương nói.

Còn theo ông Vũ Hồng Trường, Tổng giám đốc Metro Hà Nội, đối tượng miễn phí đi xe buýt cũng sẽ được miễn phí đi tàu tuyến Cát Linh – Hà Đông. Dự án sẽ được đưa vào khai thác thương mại ngay sau khi được bàn giao.

Ông Trường cho biết, có 2 nhóm giải pháp đã được khắc phục theo khuyến cáo của Tư vấn ACT là cập nhật bổ sung vào 8 quy trình có liên quan, và bổ sung nhân lực để khắc phục phòng ngừa rủi ro (42 nhân viên ke ga và 38 nhân viên đảm bảo an toàn trên tàu).

Với 166 quy trình vận hành hệ thống, đến nay, tàu đã được thẩm tra hoàn thành, vận hành thử 20 ngày trong suốt thời gian vừa qua. Kế hoạch vận hành giai đoạn đầu, tính tối thiểu 1 năm từ khi được bàn giao, sau đó đến giai đoạn 2. Trong năm đầu, 6 tháng sau khi tiếp nhận, tinh thần vận hành từ thấp đến cao, để vừa phù hợp với thông lệ chung, vừa phù hợp với tốc độ sử dụng dịch vụ của người dân.

Giờ mở tuyến từ 5 giờ 30 đến 20 giờ hàng ngày, vận hành đều đặn 15 phút/chuyến. “Nếu lượng khách đi đông, chúng tôi sẽ điều chỉnh biểu đồ chạy tàu để đáp ứng nhu cầu của người dân. Giai đoạn 15 ngày đầu là miễn phí theo nghị quyết của thành phố, sau đó sẽ thu tiền”, ông Trường nói.

Ngoài ra, theo ông Trường, sau 6 tháng đầu, sẽ mở tuyến 5 giờ 30 và kết thúc 22 giờ 30, giờ cao điểm 6 phút trên mỗi chuyến. Giá vé chặng từ 8.000 – 15.000 đồng; công thức tính giá mở cửa là 7.000 đồng, cứ đi 1 km là thêm 600 đồng. Đặc biệt, đối tượng miễn phí đi xe buýt cũng sẽ được miễn phí đi tàu tuyến Cát Linh- Hà Đông.

Một điểm mới nữa là vé tháng linh động, tính 30 ngày kể từ ngày mua, chứ không phải hết hạn trong 1 tháng cố định. Metro Hà Nội cũng sẽ phát hành vé ngày là khuyến khích người dân trải nghiệm trong giai đoạn đầu, sau này là khuyến khích du lịch.

Để kết nối, sẽ có 55 tuyến xe buýt có trợ giá liên quan kết nối ngang và dọc để người dân di chuyển.
