Thông qua nghị quyết giải quyết tồn đọng ở Thủ Thiêm
HĐND TP.HCM khóa X thông qua 2 nghị quyết tạo điều kiện cho TP.HCM giải quyết các tồn đọng liên quan đến dự án Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm.
Ngày 25.6, kỳ họp thứ nhất HĐND TP.HCM khóa X họp phiên cuối cùng và thông qua nhiều nghị quyết quan trọng, trong đó có 2 nghị quyết tạo điều kiện cho TP.HCM giải quyết các tồn đọng liên quan đến dự án Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm (TP.Thủ Đức).
Cụ thể, nghị quyết về xin chủ trương thực hiện liên quan đến điều chỉnh bổ sung một số nội dung bồi thường, hỗ trợ, tái định cư dự án Khu đô thị Thủ Thiêm (TP.Thủ Đức) với tổng kinh phí bổ sung 1.353 tỉ đồng; nếu tái định cư bằng căn hộ chung cư thì dự kiến cần 17.000 m2.
Nghị quyết thứ 2 là bổ sung dự toán thu, chi ngân sách năm 2021 nhằm tạo điều kiện cho việc thu hồi nợ, hoàn trả tạm ứng, thanh quyết toán các dự án ở khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm. Theo đó, dự kiến các nguồn thu phát sinh của TP.HCM đến cuối năm 2021 là 41.382 tỉ đồng và dự toán chi ngân sách địa phương năm 2021 là 36.914 tỉ đồng.
Số tiền 36.914 tỉ đồng dự kiến sẽ được phân bổ dự toán chi cho Ban Quản lý đầu tư xây dựng khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm để hoàn trả ngân sách và vay tín dụng. Các đại biểu cũng thông qua nghị quyết về một số chế độ chính sách đặc thù, phục vụ công tác phòng chống dịch và hỗ trợ người dân bị tác động bởi dịch Covid-19 trên địa bàn TP.HCM, với tổng kinh phí khoảng 886 tỉ đồng từ nguồn ngân sách và nguồn vận động hợp pháp khác.
