Tỉnh Thanh Hóa vừa có quyết định thu hồi 456.344 m2 đất của Công ty TNHH MTV ôtô Vinaxuki. Dự án này có mức đầu tư hơn 1.300 tỷ nhưng bỏ hoang từ năm 2013 đến nay.
Phó chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Thanh Hóa Lê Đức Giang vừa ký quyết định về việc thu hồi 456.344 m2 đất của Công ty TNHH MTV ôtô Vinaxuki Thanh Hóa, có địa chỉ tại 2 xã Đại Lộc và Triệu Lộc, huyện Hậu Lộc.
Cùng với đó, UBND tỉnh Thanh Hóa cho Công ty cổ phần Giải trí nghe nhìn Toàn Cầu thuê khu đất trên để tiếp tục sử dụng, thực hiện dự án Cụm các nhà máy sản xuất, lắp ráp ôtô, máy xây dựng.

Công ty TNHH MTV ôtô Vinaxuki Thanh Hóa có trách nhiệm phối hợp với các đơn vị có liên quan thực hiện quyết định thu hồi đất của UBND tỉnh theo quy định; phối hợp với Công ty cổ phần Giải trí nghe nhìn Toàn Cầu để giải quyết, thực hiện các nội dung khác có liên quan đến việc đầu tư, xây dựng, sử dụng đất nếu có.
Đồng thời, Công ty Vinaxuki Thanh Hóa phải phối hợp chặt chẽ với Cục Thuế Thanh Hóa để giải qyết, xử lý dứt điểm đối với các khoản nợ ngân sách Nhà nước liên quan đến khu đất theo đúng quy định.

Dự án Nhà máy sản xuất, lắp ráp ôtô, máy của Công ty cổ phần Ôtô Xuân Kiên (Vinaxuki) được cấp phép xây dựng từ năm 2010 với tổng vốn 1.360 tỷ đồng.
Mục tiêu của nhà máy là sản xuất, lắp ráp ôtô tải có tải trọng từ 0,5 tấn đến 45 tấn, ôtô buýt từ 16 chỗ ngồi đến 100 chỗ ngồi; sản xuất phụ tùng ôtô các loại. Khi đi vào hoạt động, nhà máy dự kiến tạo ra những con số đầy hứa hẹn, như sản xuất và lắp ráp 15.000 xe tải/năm, 400 xe buýt/năm.
Nhà máy này đi vào hoạt động năm 2011 nhưng chỉ sau đó 2 năm, nhà máy bắt đầu ngưng trệ rồi bỏ hoang đến nay.
Còn với Công ty cổ phần Giải trí nghe nhìn Toàn Cầu được thành lập vào tháng 10/2019, trụ sở chính đặt tại phường Xuân Tảo, quận Bắc Từ Liêm, TP Hà Nội, đăng ký ngành nghề kinh doanh chính là hoạt động hỗ trợ dịch vụ tài chính.
